By booking an appointment with Tranquil Therapies, you agree to the following terms, designed to ensure a safe, professional and relaxing experience for every client.
Setup
I arrive with everything needed to create a relaxing treatment space. All that is required is a clear, quiet area where you can fully unwind.
You will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to your treatment. Treatments cannot be carried out without the completion of the form.
Payments
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash
- Card
Payments will be taken at the end of the treatment.
Mobile Service & Travel Charges
Tranquil Therapies is a mobile service and travels to your location.
- Travel within a 15-mile radius is included in treatment prices.
- Travel between 15–20 miles will incur a £5 travel fee, with an additional £1 per mile thereafter.
This will always be confirmed at the time of booking.
Deposits
No deposit is required for individual treatments.
Deposits are required for the Reflexology Treatment Course (first session payment) and for group bookings (40% of the total booking value).
Full payment is due on the day of your appointment
Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a charge.
Deposits for Reflexology Treatment Courses and group bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred with sufficient notice.
Client Conduct
Tranquil Therapies is committed to providing a safe, calm, and respectful environment for both client and therapist.
We reserve the right to end a treatment immediately in the event of inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour, including verbal or sexual misconduct. In such cases, the full treatment fee will remain payable.
Health & Safety
- Treatments are only carried out where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
- Clients must provide a suitable, clean, and safe space for treatments.
- Tranquil Therapies is fully insured and trained in professional treatment practices.
Liability
While every care is taken to ensure a safe and professional service, Tranquil Therapies cannot be held liable for:
- Failure to disclose relevant health or medical information
- Misuse of advice provided following treatment
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy is deeply respected.
All personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations and is kept strictly confidential.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
